Our team checks the exact addresses, border crossing and vehicle, then confirms the final price.

Deposit and group chat
We open a group with you and dispatch, and confirm every detail there. The balance is collected privately after pick-up.
After confirmation

Pick-up and border crossing
Two hours before departure you get the driver's name, phone number and plate. Your driver assists you at the border.

Payment
Once the price is agreed, a deposit opens a group chat with our team and dispatch, where every change to the trip is confirmed. The balance is collected privately after pick-up — never chased in the group chat, and never handed to the driver.
Before departure
About two hours before departure you receive the driver's name, phone number and plate. For Hong Kong airport pick-ups we confirm the car park, floor and pillar number first, then send you the exact meeting point.
Changes and cancellation
Tell us in the group chat as early as you can. The closer to departure, the less room there is to adjust, and it depends on that day's dispatch.
